High frequency welded spiral finned tube is a new type, wear-resistant and efficient heat exchange material.

heats the steel strip and steel pipe at the same time, and makes them fuse and weld together.

including chemical industry, power station boiler, economizer, passenger car, heating, refrigeration,

Advantages of high frequency welding spiral finned tube

can reach more than 20 meters, and there is no connection point, which makes the installation more

economical and fast, and reduces the probability of water leakage at the connection.

the heat dissipation area is more than 8 times that of smooth tube, the interior is smoother and the internal

water flow resistance is small.

4. Long service life, high mechanical strength of the combination of fins and pipes, tensile strength of more

than 200MPa, and hot-dip galvanizing treatment is adopted inside and outside the pipe.
